HSPA Foundation Better Newspaper Contest Blue Ribbon winners 1972-2012 The Blue Ribbon remains the most coveted award in the Better Newspaper Contest. In the category���s 41-year history, The Corydon Democrat leads in total number of awards with 15 in the nondaily division.
