The Press-Dispatch Wednesday, September 28, 2022 A-7 Fall tractor drive George Lee and Bill Gowen drive out of the Glezen Revival Center parking lot on Saturday morning as part of the Fall Tractor Drive. There were 24 tractors participating in the drive that went from Glezen through the backroads to Union, where they ate lunch and then drove back to Glezen, a 33-mile round trip. Dave Yeager goves over final instructions that included a prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance before the group mounted their tractors and started the 33 mile trek to Union and back from Glezen. Girl Scouts overnight camp-out Laura Smith talks with Girl Scouts about First Aid minor injuries during an overnight camp-out at Hornady Park for girls from Washington, Petersburg and Shoals troops. With Smith are Madison Hartley, Aria SueAnn Gelhau- sen, Cheyenne Hartley and Rya Graves. Chloe Jones of Washington and Gra- cie Hill of Petersburg, partici- pants in the overnight Girl Scout camp, fish together in Ashley Lake at Hornady Park. The Boy Scouts sponsored a Fishing Day event in the park on Saturday.
