The Patoka River in Winslow is low and what rain we did get last week isn't enough to make it rise. Our temps were in the 80s to 90s, but when fall begins on the 22nd, the 70s come in with 45s for two nights. Some trees are changing yel- low and then the wind blows them onto the lawns.
