Poplar Street, Petersburg Otwell Miller Academy Winslow Elementary Petersburg Elementary Preschool students went on a virtual field trip and rode a virtual roller coaster. The chair is one of the prizes stu- dents can earn in the Paragon fundraiser. The students are learning about life cycles and are raising monarchs from egg to butterfly. Christian Daugherity from Mrs. Jordan Elliott's third grade class does rainbow spelling practice. Otwell Miller Academy's School counselor Pam Ju- llian is doing a school wide challenge with the stu- dents and staff with rewarding students with a friend- ship chain link. Students can earn a chain link for displaying kindness and good deeds, together they will hang them in their classrooms as a display that they have made a pledge to be a "good friend." Lucian France earned a link by displaying one of his many ways of showing kindness to Ms. Nicki in the office. First graders enjoyed their new surprise on the playground purchased by PTO Friday morning! River Harbin is behind the wheel with his passengers Ryatt, Lita, Korah, Corah, Mylah and Liam!
