More than one million fourth, fifth and sixth graders across the country were asked recently to express themselves graph- ically and verbally on an art contest theme– – "I See Our Country's Goodness." Kent McIntyre, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben McIntyre, Fort Branch, has been awarded fourth place in the national competition sponsored by Kentucky Fried Chicken. The fifth grader at Holy Cross School, received a $100 U.S. Savings Bond and a special commemorative rib- bon as prizes. In developing a relationship between a feeling and an image, Kent looked at the world around him and pic- tured an American astronaut walking on the moon.
