PAWS is raising money for surgery on a puppy that was received at PAWS and was later adopted. When she arrived at PAWS, her right front leg was crooked due to a break that did not heal correctly and now the left leg is starting to turn in. Perinatal Loss Support – Expectant parents who suddenly lose their child often experience a wide range of emotions and grief. Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center offers "Perinatal Loss Support" to assist those who have experienced the loss of a child (con- ception to one month of age) through the grieving pro- cess, and provide an atmosphere of confidentiality and comfort. STEAM MUSEUM STOPS AT WES Mobile Ed Productions, Inc., out of Michigan, brought their STEAM Museum to Winslow Elementary for American Education Week. A variety of stations were set up for the students to experience Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Billy Hart tries out the Buzzwizard - he makes it all the way without getting buzzed.
