A restricted waste site is a landfill accepting only the wastes allowed by its permit. e restricted waste site Type I is located four miles northeast of Petersburg, Indiana. A copy of this permit is available for review at the Pike County Public Library, located at 1104 Main Street, Petersburg, Indiana. It can also be viewed online at IDEM's Virtual File Cabinet (VFC) website using the following steps: 1. Go to http://vfc.idem. IN.gov/, which is VFC's "Document Search" page 2.
