Dear Pike County, My name is Lida Robinson. A lot of you may know me from the Jay C store. As a candidate running for the Pike County Recorder, I wanted to tell you a little about myself. Before I moved to Pike County, I grew up in a mil- itary family. My father retired from the Navy with over 20 years under his belt. Like most military kids who have moved around with their parents in uniform, I never really had a hometown. at's what makes Pike County so special to me. It is my first and only real home. My love of working with the people of Pike County drove me to making this decision. I believe good people in government can make people's lives better, and I intend to do just that, by being a true advocate for the citizens of Pike County. Finally, the position is not about myself, but rather it is about the public I'll serve. is Nov. 6, I would appreciate your support.
