Renew them in our day, In our time make them known; In wrath remem- ber mercy" (Habakkuk 3:2). Fred J. Grenier, Pastor Corinna Williams, Reporter Pentecostal HOUSE OF MERCY CHURCH Corner of East and Porter Winslow Pastor 812-789-5229 A Church with open arms and a loving heart. Sunday morning worship service at 10 a.m. with Sun- day school classes at 10 :45 a.m.; Every other Tuesday night, prayer at 7 p.m. Matthew 6:34 states: "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the mor- row shall take thought for the things of itself. Suffi- cient unto the day is the evil thereof." As the Word of God states that in the last days, certain events would begin to take place. If we have an ear to hear, we see evidence of these things taking place. At this moment, we need to look unto the hills from whence cometh our salva- tion. We need to keep our eyes on the eastern sky, for Jesus will not allow His bride to suffer through great tribu- lations. Are you prepared in your heart to meet the Lord? Think on these things. Happy Anniversary to Pastor Roy and Margie on September 4. "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is un- seen is eternal" (II Corinthi- ans 4:18, NIV ) Have you ever been blind- folded and not able to see the way to go; or without a light trying to find your way in the dark? It is challenging to trust our steps in darkness when we can't see where we are going. It is our tendency to trust in what we can see as absolute reality and truth. Many would say that they can not believe in a God they can't see, yet they do not hesitate to travel in air- planes that fly upon winds they can't see and turn on the power switches in their homes everyday using elec- tricity that they do not see either. God reveals Him- self in multitudes of ways that thrill us each and ev- ery day; twinkling stars, morning sunrise, ocean sunsets, blooming flowers, a beloved's kiss, and a baby's smile to name a few. The dream of "happily ever af- ter" is in each of our hearts because "He has placed eternity in our hearts" (Ec- clesiastes 3:11). Yes, Lord, we believe.
