Email: schoolnews@pressdispatch.net Mrs. Russell's kindergarten students show off their eclipse art. Petersburg Elementary Preschool students spent the week learning about our families. Students brought in family photographs and worked on a family tree project. Fourth graders from Abby Aldridge's class demonstrated the movement of the sun and moon around the earth and how the eclipse happens. Isiah Lemond is the earth, Awstyn Luff is the moon and Caroline McDivett is the sun. Sawyer Kabrick and Jada Beasley hold up their quick-start fundraiser prizes.
