Center Street, Winslow, Indiana 47598 shall be received by the Owner at their office located at 105 E. Center Street, Winslow, Indiana until 2:00 P.M., Local Time, on December 20, 2022. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bids received after 2:00 P.M., Local Time, on December 20, 2022 shall be returned unopened.
