There will be a Mouse House at the Nazarene Church on Saturday, December 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They will have gifts available for children to purchase, ranging in price from $1 to $5 on Satur- day morning. Winter Wonderland Santa will be at the Winter Wonderland in Town Hall to visit with children from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on December 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. Coat wrap There will also be a Coat Wrap in Winslow. Nice, clean winter coats will be wrapped on light posts and signs along Main St. in Winslow on Friday, De- cember 3. Anyone needing a winter coat can take one. Any coats not taken by Sunday evening will be taken down. Anyone interested in donating nice used or new coats can leave the coats at the Beacon of Light restaurant in Winslow. OTWELL Otwell Breakfast with Santa The Otwell Community Center will sponsor Breakfast with Santa from 8 to 10 a.m. on Satur- day, December 18 in the Community Center din- ing room. There will be coffee, juice, donuts and a chance to talk with Santa. PETERSBURG Christmas Parade Petersburg's Christmas Parade begins at 3 p.m. this Saturday, December 4 on Main Street. Santa's House Santa will be in his Santa house, located at Sev- enth and Main sts., following the Christmas parade until 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4. He will also be there from 2 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 5, 11, 12 and 18, and again on Dec. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m. Delts Lunch with Santa Petersburg Delts will ser ve Lunch with Santa this year on December 4, instead of breakfast. The Delts have been doing the event with Santa on the first weekend of December for more than 40 years. It will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Petersburg United Methodist Church, 801 Walnut St. Children will get to talk with Santa and have a hot dog, chips, a drink and dessert. Visits with Mrs. Claus Mrs. Claus will be in the Peter Brenton Cabin in Hornady Park this December. She will read stories and have small crafts for children. Her planned hours at the cab- in are 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 3; Wednesday, Dec. 8; Friday, Dec. 10; Saturday, Dec. 11; Sunday, Dec. 12; Wednesday, Dec. 15; Friday, Dec. 17; Sunday, Dec. 19; Wednesday, Dec. 22 and Friday, Dec. 24. Christmas in the Park Christmas in the Park will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. ever y night through New Year's Eve. Train Show The Antique and Toy Train Show will have a new location. It will be at Pike Collision, 2134 E. Main St., Petersburg, on Saturday, December 11 and Sun- day, December 12, from 1 to 4 p.m. both days. It is sponsored by Pike Collision. Christmas Candlelight Service The Main St. Presbyterian Church in Petersburg will have a Candlelight Christmas ser vice begin- ning at 7 p.m. on Friday, December 24. There will be solos and congregational singing of traditional Christmas carols during the ser vice. STENDAL Cup Creek Play Dec. 11 The Cup Creek General Baptist Church will put on It All Happened in the Country at 6 p.m. on Sat- urday, December 11 at the Lockhart Twp. Commu- nity Center. Pastor Richard Russell said it is a Christmas-themed play that talks about the meaning of Christmas. It will run about 30 minutes and in- cludes singing and dancing. Christmas parades in Winslow and Petersburg will be Saturday, December 4.
