There were many activities and we have decorated the school. The theme this year is Disney World's 50th Anniversary – the school is decorated all Disney. Abbi Popp is impressed with the huge Mickey Mouse in the WES entry way. Seven Dwarfs Kodee Miller, Gemma Gonzales, Piper Thompson, Ebony Mason, Adyson LeMond, Zoey LeMond and Ava Seger pose for the camera. Vivien Vogler, Zane Fox and Stihl Nalley are volunteers during the Silly Safari program on Animal Kingdom Day. Author and Vanderburgh County SRO Officer Todd Schimmell visited the classrooms reading his stories. Khloe Nixon interacts with the story. Kindergarteners Kylee Hayes, Harlan Barley, Jaxon Hall and Victoria Carrico made Oreo Mickeys for their snack. Kyleigh Schultz and Xavier Shelton, from Mrs. Scherer's class, wait in line for the Fall Festival King and Queen contest to begin. Miss Jones' students painted Mickey Mouse portraits. Mickey Mouse welcomed the students to Walt Dis- ney World for American Education Week.
