They also used equations to find pi, or 3.14, rounded. Above and Below: The following week, they studied the history behind March 17, both Saint Patrick's Day and Celtic history. They created Celtic knots. Avery Overby helps her first grade teacher Stephanie Shedd teach a reading lesson.
