A large portion of the ground work and parts of the structures has been completed. Surrounding the mine site, Solar is establishing jurisdictional ditches, and wetlands in accordance with the US Corp of Engineers guidelines, reclaiming disturbed area, implementing water control measures and working with the county and effected property owners in the area to re-open roadways.
