Mechanics Street Otwell Pastor 812-354-3028 Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.; morning worship at 10:30 a.m.; Sunday evening worship service at 6:30 p.m. Roy Stilwell, Pastor history teacher at Del Oro High School in Loomis, Cali- fornia, said "'My job, which is a public service, is to protect kids… Sometimes, they need protection from their own par- ents," A New York Times arti- cle says Garrison "has helped students socially transition at school without their parents' knowledge." The school district Garri- son works for also blocks par- ents from knowing about their child's transitions. The dis- trict has a pronoun change re- quest form that students can fill out without their parents' knowledge. I could cite hundreds of sim- ilar examples from schools all over the country. Rural Amer- ica is not beyond the reach of the crazies. I recently attend- ed a school performance for one of my grandchildren. Pro- grams were available that list- ed all the students performing and what they did. I looked for my grandchild's name and couldn't find it listed in the program. I asked my daughter why it wasn't listed. She point- ed to my grandchild's name in the program. I discovered the all-American rural school al- lows students to change their name and gender identity. School administrators are fol- lowing the crowd. I shudder to think what schools will be like in 20 years? Schools no longer focus on reading, writing, and arith- metic. They are now instru- ments of social change. Col- leges and Universities are hot- beds of socialist, and com- munist thought taught by anarchists who hate America. Teachers fresh out of college are primed, ready to—brain- wash—our children with the latest godless dribble. Johnny can't read, but she/it/them/ they look cute in a dress and lipstick. One teacher suggests in- troducing gender theory to toddlers. She claims children as young as three years old can understand gender. She boasts the prime time to teach about transgender and gender non-conforming children is preschool to third grade. "I've done research. I have got my doctorate degree," says she. What is in store for this so- cially woke gender fluid gen- eration is found in the book of Proverbs: "Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not de- part from it Pr 22:6." Adam Guillette might have it right: "Get your kid the heck out of traditional public schools." The plane is going to crash. Karan Thacker, AFSP Owner 704 E. SO IT RUNS. doctor. We went to Sam's and Costco to pick up some things we needed. It was good to get out and do something without having to. We got up Saturday morn- ing to a house so quiet you could feel it. A fter sitting with the grandkids a lot during the week it is nice to just sit and enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed a meal out Saturday evening and came home to watch movies on the tube. Sparklight does have several movies to watch. Sunday we drove all the way to church and I had an accident involving my cloth- ing so while my wife and granddaughter stayed and I drove home to fix what I had done. Embarrassing as it was I survived. I was sup- pose to teach Sunday school but I asked Dixie Welmar to use my notes and teach for me. I heard that she done a great job and I sure do appre- ciate her efforts. I was able to bring the morning message and it was an expose of the Ten Commandments. God wrote them with simple rules to follow so we can be pleas- ing to God. People often add to and sometimes take away from His law. He wrote that with simplicity and exact- ly as he wanted us to obey. Well it is another week and another chance to be a bless- ing and another week to reap blessings.
