International Jr Miss
Indiana Princess
Adley Loomis, of Owensville was currently a contes-
tant in the International Jr Miss Pageant In Indianapolis
over Labor Day weekend, and won the title of Interna-
tional Jr. Miss/ Miss Indiana Princess. She won The
Spirit Award Promoting Friendship and Sportsmanship,
second runner-up in Photogenic Contest, and second
runner up for Fun Fitness Contest.
Labor Day Junior Miss winner
From Owensville, and winning the 2022 Labor Day
Junior Miss for girls 9-11 years old, Aubrey Riggs
represented Teamsters Local 215 at the Labor Day
Festival in Boonville this year.

New mural at GCED building
Madison Daniels of Newburgh began a mural on the
Gibson County Economic Development's Hub 127
building over the weekend, though even Friday, when
this picture was taken, rain was already in the fore-
cast. She planned to continue this week. A progres
update will appear next week.
Credit union changes name
Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union has changed its name to Liberty Federal Credit Union. The Fort Branch sign was changed Friday. The bank is still owned and
operated by the same company.
