Thursday, Sept. 15: Taco Burger, Baked Fries, Romaine Salad, Car- rot Sticks, Sidekicks and Milk. Friday, Sept. 16: Pepperoni Piz- za, Fresh Veggies, Fruit Cocktail, Baked Chips and Milk. Monday, Sept. 19: Ravioli, Caesar Salad, Cucumber Slices, Chilled Pears, Garlic Bread and Milk. Tuesday, Sept. 20 : Nacho Papa, Romaine Salad, Hot Breadstick, Cinnamon Applesauce and Milk. Fort Branch Community School lunch ladies have been working hard like usual to prepare tasty, healthy meals for all the students. Mrs. Muhs chose Wil- liam Hastie as the K-2 Twig of the Week. Wil- liam is very polite and respectful to his class- mates and teachers. He is a student who tries his best in class. Wil- liam is off to a great start in 2nd grade. I re- ally enjoy having him in my class. Mrs. Williams chose Lillian Murrell as the 3- 5 Twig of the Week. Lil- ly is always doing the right thing and on task in class. She is focused, motivated, and dedicat- ed. Keep up the great work Lilly Mr. Ivy chose, 7th grader, Emmy Hoke as the Middle School Twig of the Week. Emmy is a friendly and hardwork- ing student. She studies hard and always partici- pates in class Lilly Murrell third grade Kindergarten student, Brinley Maikranz, definitely agrees that the meals are yummy. Elijah W. uses chalk to write "The game has its ups and downs, but you can never lose focus on your dreams." 7th grade students decorated the sidewalks the first week of school with positive quotes to inspire students for the new school year. Here, Henlee S. writes an inspirational quote. Zander Young has a snack with his grandparents during FBCS Grandparents Day.
