In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Hicks and two sisters, Pauline and Corene Hicks. She is survived by her brother, Bill Hicks of Lawndale. RUTH BLANTON CREACH Ruth Blanton Creach, 94 of Polkville, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. She was born in Cleveland County to Tommie and Lula Glenn Blanton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Fredrick Creach; a sister, Mary Helen B. Bradley and three brothers, Eugene Blanton, J.B. Blanton and Jack Blanton. She is survived by her children, Rev. Dr. Jerome F. Creach and wife, Rev. Dr. Page Davis Creach of Pittsburgh, PA and Carmen C.
