Peter and Paul were excited to take a break from ILEARN and spend time learning about how we can take care of our Earth! May 9: NO SCHOOL. Tuesday, May 10: Nacho supreme, refried beans, romaine salad, salsa, sidekicks and milk. Mr. Mills chose Shy- anne Stiles for the K-2 Twig of the Week. Shy- anne has had a fantas- tic year in kindergarten! She always shows up with a positive attitude and always works hard in class. Shyanne is the kind of person everyone loves to be around. She has a bright future and will make a great Twig/ Titan! Dr. Humbaugh chose Keelee Creasey as the 3-5 Twig of the Week. Keelee always works hard at improving her grades and studies nightly with her grand- mother. She is see- ing her Social Stud- ies grade climb up to an "A". She is a posi- tive person that always smiles and speaks po- litely to classmates and adults. She has been a great role model and an excellent addition to the Twig family. Fort Branch school is lucky to have her. Keep up the great work and continue to push for all A's! Mrs. Snow chose 6th grader Elijah Warner for the Middle School Twig of the Week. Elijah is a great leader in the 6th grade. He is a positive influence for his peers as well as reliable, re- sponsible, and mature. I can always count on him to make the right choices even when no one is looking. He is a great classmate to his peers, and always will- ing to help out in any way he can. I am confi- dent that Elijah will do great things in the next two years as a leader in our middle school! Best friends, Kaelyn and Avery, were picking beau- tiful bouquets of clovers and pretending to be at a wedding. The girls are kindergarten students.
