Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Vac Tony Floyd Floyd arrested Wednesday evening, April 27, at approximate- ly 6:46 p.m., Trooper An- germeier was patrolling I- 69 near the 36 mile-mark- er when he stopped Tony Floyd, 36, of Indianapolis, driving a 2022 Nissan Al- tima for driving 90 mph in the posted 70 mph zone. The driver was identified as Tony Floyd, 36, of In- dianapolis. Floyd's five- year-old daughter was unrestrained in the rear seat. While talking to Floyd, Trooper Anger- meier detected an odor of burnt marijuana and a strong odor of alcohol. Floyd displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Fur- ther investigation re- vealed Floyd was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. Floyd was arrested and taken to the Gibson County Jail where he is currently being held on bond. The child was released to her mother. Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated with a Passenger less than 18 years of age, Level 6 Fel- ony. Arresting Officer was Trooper Brayden Anger- meier, Indiana State Po- lice. Assisting Officer was Trooper Dustin Stein, In- diana State Police. Matthew Hill Hill arrested April 25 Monday afternoon, April 25, at approximate- ly 1:20 p.m., Sergeant Bill Gadberry was pa- trolling I-69 near the 35 mile-marker when he stopped the driver, Mat- thew Hill, 34, of Jasper, of a 2017 Toyota Corolla for driving 105 mph. The driver was identified as Matthew Hill, 34, of Jas- per. Hill displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. Fur- ther investigation re- vealed Hill had a blood al- cohol content of .19 % . Hill was arrested and is cur- rently being held on bond in the Gibson County Jail. Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more, Class A Misdemeanor. Arresting Officer was Sergeant Bill Gadberry, Indiana State Police. As- sisting Officer was Troop- er Brayden Angermeier, Indiana State Police. COLLECTOR'S CARNIVAL Dennis Williams rings an antique bell Saturday, at Collector's Carnival.
