Remember those on our prayer list, the shut-ins and our lost loved ones. "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God" (Psalm 20 :7). Chariots and horses in the Bible are often seen as sym- bols of strength and power. When the Israelites fled from Egypt, approaching Egyptian chariots and horses caused them to fear. When many kings and armies amassed their horses and chariots to fight against Joshua and the Israelites, the Lord told them to "be not afraid" and the Lord delivered them ( Joshua 11:6). We may not fear chariots and horses today. Our fear may be from the enemy of can- cer, or a new strain of the coro- navirus, lack of employment, a difficult family situation, or a disability. Our God is still the same. Apply God's Words to your situation: I will remem- ber the name of the Lord my God. Trust what the Holy Spir- it tells you to do. Do not fear. When you follow God's lead- ing, your faith will be boost- ed, you will have peace, and you will see the Lord working. Help yourself to "FREE FOOD" and may God Bless all of you. In the morning, when you open your eyes and slide out of bed. What are you thinking? Is it about getting dressed, eating breakfast, maybe that drive to work or school. If these are our first thoughts of the day we can expect the world to control our whole day. But if our first thought when we wake is to give thanks and praise to God for the rest and the breath, He breathed into you, that you may live anoth- er day on His beautiful plan- et Earth. Fold your hands and bow your head and pray that He will wrap His armor of love, truth, peace, righteousness, spirit, and faith around you to keep satin and his demons far behind you. "Finally brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" (Ephesians 6:10,11). My prayer is that you will do this before anything else to start your day and you may have a blessed day.
