It is a work in prog- ress, but the com- fortability of turning programs into win- ners with my recruit- ing skills is something I lean on. "I take pride in having the most talent- ed players and finding ways to make it work with a lot of talent and Alphas on one team. I hope to move on to the Division I ranks with- in two seasons or move in to a small college in the ju- nior college ranks as a head coach. My coaching style is clear. Work really hard and always tell the truth. I was not a great player, have no special connections. I try to outwork the competi- tion and always be honest. I think that is why I have signed some of the best re- cruiting classes at the small college basketball level. The players I recruit are typical- ly guys who were four or five star ESPN top 100 athletes who have made mistakes and need second chances, so I work exceptionally hard and always tell the truth. Of- ten times, it is something that they have never had in a coach. "Coaching is something I have want- ed to do since I was seven years old and now I am get- ting to do that the past hand- ful of years. I have gotten to see so ma- ny places and travel all over the country. I cannot thank my former boss Happy Osborne, who was at Ken- tucky Wes- leyan, Jason Roach, my for- mer high school coach, Zach Settembre, my current boss, and my family and friends enough for all their support with my crazy work sched- ule and missing of holidays that I had attended for 18 years. Without them, none of this could have been pos- sible and will not be possible without their support going forward. Noah's family includes a brother, Hunter, and sis- ter, Demi. His parents, Jody and Bruce Croak, reside in Petersburg, where he grew up with friends Tyler Adams and Damon Schnarr.
