LETTER 1 Ms. Judy Gumbel worked as Contract Administrator at Pitts- burg Tank & Tower Co., Inc. She developed an improved tracking system for job completion. Judy was one party of a two-member team that managed 23 construction teams working in the United States and Mexico. Job values ranged from $750 to $300,000. In a one year span, the company gross moved from 7.4 million to 12 million and net profit rose from 29% to 47% through the utilization of the new tracking sys- tem. Judy le the company and returned eight years later as Vice-President of Pittsburg Tank & Tower Maintenance Com- pany Inc., for a one year period. In that period, the company recorded the highest percent of profit on produced jobs in the history of the company, which in 2019 will be 100 years old. Judy is able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy. Her managerial and organizational skills, attention to detail, and concern for employee morale make her an exceptional lead- er. She is an ideal candidate for the position of Pike County Auditor.
