Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, EDA is conducting an environmental assessment (EA) of the proposed project. e project will be a training center, co-working space and maker space to support business and industry workforce development. e location is south of Interstate 69 and west of State Road 56, accessing the site from State Road 56 onto Shady Lane. e Center is proposed to be 6,000 square feet.
