The accident wasn't reported until 8:12 a.m., when a motorist driving by saw the 1997 Ford mini-van in the ditch and called 911. It was located about a half-mile south of the Patoka River. Pike County Deputy Brad Jenkins said while he was at the scene, Anthony Woolsey's father arrived and said Woolsey called him at about 1:30 a.m. to say he had run off the road. Deputy Jenkins said the accident is still under investigation. Your First Choice For Quality Home Comfort. HIGH QUALITY SERVICE EXCELLENCE At Carrier we deliver quality and energy efficiency.
