PCHS Swim Team Donation The Pike Central High School girls' and boys' swim teams have long been a staple of Pike Central sports. In 2015, some parents who had watched their children grow and benefit from this excellent pro- gram decided to give back, by establishing the Pike Central Swim Team Fund through the Pike County Community Foundation. This fund – begun by Mark and Elisabeth Luff, Gary and Jill Keepes, and John and Eileen Dudenhoeffer – presented its first check following a home meet against Vincennes Lincoln on Wednesday, Jan. 10. Above, Eileen Dudenhoeffer (left) and Jill Keepes (right) present Pike Central head coach Mike Bohnert (center) with a check for $340. The money from this fund will be used equally for the boys' and girls' swim teams for any needed items and can be carried over to another year if noth- ing is needed. This fund may be added to by anyone who wishes to support the swim team by sending a check to the Pike County Community Foundation.
