Nice, But Chilly...We continue to have a great Fall pattern. But it has been a little on the cold side, with October running around 2 degrees below average, and the Northeast having the biggest October snowstorm on record. We keep getting into periods of rain, which we can always use. By the week- end, look for all the mess to be shoved out to sea and only sunny, nice high pressure covering the area. Meanwhile, the Rockies get to deal with their first major snowstorm. The snow is now starting to expand rapidly over Canada and pretty soon, we will be dealing with our first Winter Weather situation, probably before the year is out! The pattern looks pretty wild, and all factors are pointing to a very active and Wintry, rough period coming up for Winter. But we also will have excellent periods with above normal temps.
