The suc- cessful candidates will be responsible for front-line point of contact for LAC, LDC assembly and fi nish line areas. The individual will support the shop fl oor while aggressively pur- suing process improvements and cost reductions; will work closely with Design Engineering to optimize the assembly process while reducing warranty claims; will be responsible for creating and maintaining all routings and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility. The successful candi- dates must be able to communicate effectively both oral and written; must have the ability to work with cross functional teams; and must have experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
