It is a special award for a special man. Later in the evening, the winner of the 2011 car/truck raffl e was “Lucky” Betty Kendrick. Between the truck and car offered, she choose the Ford Fiesta. Her winning number was 211 and she is giving the new car to her grand- daughter, Carla Bradmon. Believe it or not, two years ago Betty also won the raffl e.
