If you are looking for a Full Gospel Church that believes in the Gifts of the Spirit in operation and teaches that the Five Fold Ministry is needed for the perfecting of the saints, then Pastor Mark and Sandy would like to welcome you to come join us. "For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love. Many people think great faith is the number one sign of spiritual maturity, but I believe the truest test of spiritual maturity is walking in love. Our love walk energizes our faith. We cannot have a good relationship with God without having faith in God, but love demonstrates, empowers, and expresses our faith. If we truly love God and have faith in Him, we will also love people" (Galatians 5:6). Faith works through love, and love is not talk or theory; it's action. You want the bottom line? Jesus let people know walking in love is the key to living a life that is pleasing to Him. Trying to walk in faith without love is like having a flashlight with no battery. We must be sure that we keep our love battery charged at all times. Otherwise our faith will not work! God is love and the more we know Him, the more we will love others. Hope to see you in church! Mark Davis, Pastor Greg Davis, Assoc. Pastor and Music Director Vickie Robling, Reporter St. Peter Lutheran Church Stendal Bible Verse for the week: "He made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment—to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ" (Ephesians 1:9-10 NIV). Pisgah G.B. Church Augusta The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.—We beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. My speech and my preaching was...in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.—But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty.—We shall see him as he is.—In my flesh shall I see God.—I shall be satisfied.
