Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining Cool Whip. CRUNCHY HOLIDAY TURKEY SALAD 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 cup shredded carrots 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries 2 cups chopped cooked turkey Combine dressing, vege- tables and cranberries in large bowl. Beat but- ter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended. Add eggs and baking soda; mix well. Gradually add flour, beating after each addi- tion until well blended. Stir in chocolate. Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on bak- ing sheets; remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
