Our affiliate is committed to building houses all over Cleveland County. We have a family waiting to move into their home. This is a Methodist build because of match- ing funds from Duke Endowment rural development grant. We welcome funds from any individual, business or church. We are all volunteers and depend on donations to keep buildings houses and giving hope to families. Our building crew works every Thursday and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm weather permitting. We are building a five bed room two bath home. What can you do? 1. Pray for our volunteers and for the family. 2. Make a church com- mitment to help with the financing. 3. Provide a meal on Thursday or Saturday for the construction crew. 4. Join our construction crew on a need basis. The best way to contact is thru our office at 704 482- 6200. Someone will return your call. The second way and the most efficient way is to come by and see our construction foreman Jerry Henry on Thursday or Saturday. We are excited for Kings Mountain, the family and for the opportunity that this construction provides for church missions. We are seeking all the support we can as we con- tinue to end poverty housing in Cleveland County.
