Pictured in the background, the fl apjack chefs, Rick Stroupe, Terry Pack, David Beam, Keith McCraw, Mi- chael Cheng and David Chadwick, turned out thousands of pancakes. The Kiwanians would like to send a special thank you to the Crest High School Key Club for their tremendous amount of help at this year’s Pancake Supper. Pictured here, Key Club President, R. J. Currently she is un- dergoing chemotherapy for cancer. To help, her family, friends and co-workers came together and sponsored a Pinto Plate Dinner this past Sunday, September 12, at the Shelby High School Cafeteria. The event’s funds will go to help defray the costs of her medical expenses. Shown here are some of her friends who sold tickets and held a 50/50 drawing during the Kiwanis Pancake Supper.
