Peter and Paul went on their first field trip in over 2 years! Lucas Campbell, Henry Gish and Lin- coln Schmitt enjoy Dino Day in ant. Kru- ger's class! Caleb Malone, Lucas Weaver and Lucas Campbell enjoy Pirate Day in Mr. Kruger's class! Mrs. Schneider's class is having fun these last days of school with a pirate and a dinosaur day! FARWELL, RETIRING FACULTY! Fort Branch Community School Fort Branch Middle School Gibson Southern Today we are celebrating Mrs. Angermeier! She is retiring after 42 years of dedicated service! We wish her all the best, and hope she has a wonderful retirement! The Fort Branch Middle School band, under the direction of Mr. Winstead, performed for the 8th grade class processional to begin their program. They also played for the recessional after the graduation. May 19, 2022, FBCS gymnasium. DAR honors Malone Brayden Malone was recognized as the DAR Good Citizen award from the Gibson Southern High School class of 2022. Malone, son of Sean and Heather Malone of Fort Branch, has been a three sport athlete in football, basketball and baseball. He will graduate with an Academic Honors diploma. As a lead- er and mentor, DAR members said he was the right choice for an award from the General John Gibson Chapter of the DAR. Sherry Michel, of the General John Gibson Chapter of DAR, presented the Certification from the chap- ter for recipient of GSHS Senior Award for DAR Good Citizen 2022 to Brayden Malone.
