Playing over the steep hills of Sultan's Run with numerous weather de- lays, it took two days to finish. The teams were pulled off the course three times on Sat- urday before it was called due to darkness, as storms rolled through the area. They con- tinued play on Tuesday night, but when it was all finished the Titans were on the top of the heap. "It was an all-around team effort. All the guys struggled a little bit having to come back after the rain delay, but I was happy with how they stayed focused and finished their round out well," said Ti- tan Coach Matt Reinbrecht. Three Titans finish in the top 10, which earned each All- PAC honors as well as team championship. Freshman Peyton Black- ard was the medalist shoot- ing a 1 over 73. He was five strokes better than second place Brant Tretter of For- est Park with a 78. The com- petition was played from the gold tees at 6,429 yards and a slope of 138, which is the one of toughest courses they will play in high school until the state finals.
