"And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh" (Ephe- sians 2:17). • To bind up broken hearts. "He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted" (Isaiah 61:1). JESUS is as close as the mention of His name. Santa has a belly like a bowl full of jelly. JESUS has a heart full of love. All Santa can offer is HO HO HO. JESUS offers health, help and hope. Santa says "You better not cry." JESUS says "Cast all your cares on me for I care for you." While Santa puts gifts under your tree. JESUS became our gift and died on the tree. We need to remember who Christmas is all about. We need to put Christ back in Christmas. Jesus is still the reason for the season. "Happy birthday, Jesus. I celebrate your birth and your life. Thank you for coming to earth as a baby, bringing life and hope to us all. May each day be a celebration of Who you are in my life"—Amen. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
