You are entitled to appear at this hearing with or without counsel, present evidence, cross-examine opposing witnesses, and present argument. If the Hearing Authority affirms the Order, and you do not accomplish the action required above, e City of Petersburg may be able to accomplish the action itself (either by utilizing City workers and equipment or by letting bids to qualified contractors) and put a lien on your property for the cost thereof. Or, e City of Petersburg can file a law suit against you, requesting an injunction, requiring you to either take positive action or to refrain from taking prohibited action; the City of Petersburg can ask the Court for an Order, authorizing the City to perform the work, and enter the cost as a judgment against you.
