United Way gave out $35,000 to 12 different organizations. Cards may be sent to: 622 W. Oak Street, Oakland City, IN 47660. Birthdays Knebel rolls car Friday morning A Dubois County teen escaped a rollover crash with minor injuries Friday morning. Dominic Blaine Knebel, 17, of Celestine, hit a patch of ice on Highway 56 about a half-mile east of Highway 61 and lost control. He slid off the left side of the road into a field, where he hit a small water collection structure and rolled over in the field, according to Indiana State Trooper John Davis. Knebel's 1995 Saturn was a total loss in the 9 a.m. crash. Santa brings smiles Bellami and Naomi Boyd were all smiles Saturday afternoon as they visited with Santa (Phil Claridge) in Petersburg.
