Ms. Crook is survived by her children, Jane C. Lail of Forest City, Connie C. Summer and husband, Garry of Shelby; sister, Iva Jane Wall of Forest City; sisters-in-law, Angelina Carroll of Mocksville, NC and Lucy Carroll of Forest City; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Raymond L. Crook; son, David L. Crook; and brothers, Grady Carroll, Marvin Carroll and Howard (Bill) Carroll. Along with his par- ents he is preceded in death by his brother, Santolo DeRisi and his brothers-in- law, Clemente Cavezza and Francesco Capolongo. Mr. DeRisi is survived by his wife, Helen DeRisi, two sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Suzanne DeRisi of Polkville and Santo and Heather DeRisi of Casar; three grandchildren; and his sisters, Rosetta DeRisi Cavezza, Philomena DeRisi Siciliano, and Rita DeRisi Capolonga all of New Jersey. She was born to Ashton Kierstead and Ruth Irving Kierstead. She was a daughter of the late Tommie Clifton Wellmon and Mabel Brittain Wellmon. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Ray Leonhardt.
