The Press-Dispatch Local Wednesday, November 14, 2018 A- 5 It is for sure that no election is won alone. at is why we all need to remember that our "1" vote counts. I want to thank each and every person who made his/her "1" vote on my behalf. I want to thank the kind people who wrote letters. You told a story that I could only refer to. ank you to the Republican Party who believed in me. ank you to the friends who braved the cold and worked the polls. It made a difference. ank you to the positive people with whom I ran. Your campaign experience was invaluable. ank you to the people who agreed to help put out signs and to those who said "yes, you can place a sign in my yard." ank you to the people who joined me in canvassing Pike County and to those who talked with their friends and neighbors. ank you to Jody who ran a clean, hard campaign. ank you to my family for helping me out in so many ways. anks especially to my husband, George, who traveled almost every mile with me. Finally, let's all remember that the election is now over and that we all go forward together, in whatever role, as Pike County. God Bless! THANK YOU, PIKE COUNTY!
