C-2 Church Wednesday, August 8, 2018 The Press-Dispatch Continued from page 1 We don't always need advice. Sometimes, all we need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen, and a heart that under- stands. Sometimes all we need is a dog. This week PAWS is featuring a bouncy, young fellow named Tripp, who is one of those happy-go-lucky dogs that never meets a stranger and is always around to lend a listen- ing ear. He is believed to have some Beagle heritage, is tri-colored, black, brown and white, approximately six months old, neutered, has all of his shots and is searching for a family to share his loving per- sonality and zeal for life. To adopt Tripp, call 812-354-9894. PAWS WEEK PAWS WEEK Pet of the TRIPP Baptist Continued on page 3 live in concert multiple award-winning Gospel group! The Bible reveals that God has a plan for every life, and that if we live in constant fellowship with Him, He will direct and lead us in the fulfillment of this plan. God does not reveal His plan through as- trologers, fortunetellers, soothsayers and workers of hocus pocus. His perfect will is reserved for those who have trusted Christ for salvation. He share His se- crets only with those who are redeemed and trans- formed, and who humbly seek His will for their lives. You can't know the will of God for your life, unless you first come to the Cross and confess that you are a sinner and receive Christ as Lord and Savior. Once you do come to Him you be- gin a whole new life—not living for yourself, but for our Lord Jesus Christ. If at any time you have no church to attend, feel free to join us for servic- es. Your presence will be greatly appreciated and I am sure you will receive God blessings. Jerry "Tuffy" Blackwell, Pastor Sharon Kendall, Report- er side, salad or dessert and lawn chairs.
