The plan calls for 170 hours of early voting at sites located in the three largest municipalities in the county. "This bipartisan plan is the most extensive plan ever of- fered to voters in Cleveland County," says Board Chair Debbie Clary. "Early morn- ing, late evening, and week- end hours give voters every opportunity to cast a ballot." Voters are encouraged to take advantage of these extended hours and vote early.
