Born in Cleveland County, on January 29, 1974, she was the daughter of Debra Strange and the late Dennis Ray Irvin. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Irvin and grandparents. Survivors include her husband, Arnold Wayne Stroupe; son, Dustin Stroupe of Shelby; daughter, Amber Stroupe of Casar; brother, David Irvin of Shelby and six grandchildren. CARL WAYNE KEOWN Carl Wayne Keown, 81, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023. He was born in Kentucky to the late Roma Keown and Nancy Loretta Keown. He is also predeceased by his sis- ters, Edith Golf and Beatrice Kay "Granny" Keown Earls; and brother, Bernard Keown. Left to cherish his mem- ories are his wife, Norma Sue Earls Keown of the home; (children) son, Carl Wayne Keown, Jr. and wife, Leanne Keown, son, Roma Dale Keown and wife, Angela Keown; daugh- ter, Tina Dobbs, son, Glenn Alen Keown "Peewee" and wife, Natalie Keown, son, Jeffrey Wayne Keown; daughter, Carla Sue Kewon Hancock; and daughter, Brandy Nichole Keown; twenty-six grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; (siblings) sister, Jean Ward; brother, Randy Keown; brother, Bobby Keown; sis- ter, Maryann Hayes; sister, Alice Penner; brother, Dean Keown; sister, Pat Duvall; sister, Kathy Shartzer; sister, Sharron Salee 'Sherry"; and brother, Kevin Keown. Ralph Frederick Dellinger Sr., 83, of Clover, SC, passed away on September 29, 2023. He was born in Caldwell County, NC, son of the late Charlie Frederick and Elsie Marie Price Dellinger and was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Phillips Dellinger; his brother, Andrew "Cracker" Dellinger, two sisters, Irene Randolph and Blanche Bridges, and a granddaughter. He is survived by his wife: Minnie Thompson Dellinger, of the home; children: Ralph Frederick "Feddie" Dellinger Jr. (Mira) Gastonia, NC, Deborah Blanton (Keith) Gastonia, NC; five grandchil- dren; tweleve great grand- children and one great-great grandchild; and step-son: Todd McCraw (Laura). Funeral service was held October 1, 2023 at Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church with Reverends Greg Neely and Richard Brown officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. KATHRYN LOUISE CLARK HAYNES Kathryn Louise Clark Haynes passed away on September, 28, 2023. She was born January 22, 1924, Bessemer City, NC. Mrs. Haynes was preced- ed in death by her husband, Raymond Bostic Haynes; her son, Mark Ellis Haynes; and two great grandchildren. She is survived by her chil- dren: Brenda Sue Haynes Rhodes (Frankie), Connie Ray Haynes (Darlene), Dennis Raymond Haynes (Sue), and daughter-in-law, Sharon Haynes of Charlotte; six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. four great great grandchil- dren and one on the way. Also predeceased by par- ents, Henderson and Ila Clark and siblings Dorothy, Ernest, and Lester Clark and Mary Frances Mourglea.
