In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Bridges, sisters Ruth Bracket, Inez Smith, Ann Parker Ruyal, brothers Roy Dean White and David White, and step-brothers, Bobby Causby and Dean Causby. Smith; a granddaughter, and a great- granddaughter. PHYLLIS JEAN BROOKS Ms. Phyllis Jean Brooks, 63, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023. She was born on February 18, 1960 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Wess Brooks, Jr. and the late Jessie Sutton Rainey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Brooks Pace and Carolyn Hopper Adams. He was born March 6, 1928, to the late Irvin Marion Allen and Maude Weathers Allen.
