Join the Neal Senior Center for a seminar in "Healthy Cooking and Eating" Taught by Lauren Ridgeway (presenter), who is associated with the Hunt School of Nursing at Gardner-Webb University. Class will meet on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10am to 11am at the Neal Senior Center. The presentation is free of charge, though pre-registration is required.
