Against Boonville the Char- gers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half. Boonville scored to make it 2-1 early in the second half. They then traded goals throughout the second half to the 4-3 final score. "It was the same scoring as when we beat them in the finals of the Evansville tour ney. It was the same type of per formance. A lot of ef for t on our par t," said Charger Head Coach Da- vid Hay. On Saturday the Chargers fell behind 1-0 in the first half to Princeton. But the Chargers scored early in the second half to tie it up. Princ- eton managed to go ahead 2-1 just before lightning caused a 30-minute delay. Coach Hay said when they came back from the storm delay they moved a defender and mid-fielder for ward as time was running out to tr y and score. "We threw ever ything we had at them to tr y and get a goal to tie, but Princeton just caught us on a break," said Hay of Princeton's last goal. "I think the time is playing pretty well. Sometimes we have a habit of starting slow- ly. It takes a while for us to get into the game. When we start slowly like we did today, it is hard to come back from that," said Hay.
