HEARTY STUFFED PEPPERS Dot Ramey 4 large peppers, cored and seeded 1 jar Ragu Rich and meaty sauce 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup water 1 cup uncooked instant rice Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In 9-inch baking dish arrange peppers and set aside. In a large bowl, combine meat sauce, ½ cup cheese, and un- cooked rice. Divide mixture evenly among peppers. Pour water into baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake 50 minutes or util peppers are tender. Remove foil and top with re- maining cheese. Bake 5 min- utes until cheese is melted. BAKED CUBED STEAK 4 pieces cubed steak 1 soup can water Flour 1 can golden mushroom soup Salt and pepper Use glass baking dish; grease lightly bottom of pan only. With Crisco or butter, flour, salt, and pepper cubed steak. Place in glass baking dish. Mix mushroom soup with water. Pour over cubed steak. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Seve with rice. LEMON ANGEL BARS Marion Gedz 1 box angel food cake mix 22 oz. can lemon pie filling Mix and spread in 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool. Frost. FROSTING 3 oz. cream cheese 2 tsp. milk 2 cups confectioner's sugar
