Six teams show up to fi sh. 1st place, the team of Phil Murray and Dean Ford won by weighing in a catch of 10.68 pounds, they also won the big fi sh of the day award with a 5.35 pounder. 2nd place, the team of Keith McClure and Jr. Self with 7.56. 3rd place, was Russell Cook and Roger Clark with 6.04. They welcomed Tim Thomas and Justin Banks, who fi shed their fi rst tournament with the club and won the 2nd big fi sh of the day award with a 3.26. Carolina Bass Club fi shes Mt. Island Lake on November 7th, and Lake Hickory on November 8th. Cleveland County Bass Club fi shed their October tournament at Greenwood Oct 17th. It looked like there were tournaments putting in at every landing. The lake was busy and seemed to be under a lot of stress from all the people fi shing tournaments. If you just wanted to catch something and didn't care about the size, you could have done plenty of that Saturday. Getting a limit of legal size proved to be tough. No one got a limit that day in CCBC. Here were the results: 1st—Roger Beaver—3 fi sh, 7.60. Roger also took big fi sh of the day with a 3.88 pounder. 2nd—David Moss—2 fi sh—3.62 3rd—Richard Mize—2 fi sh—3.28 4th—Derek Barkley—2 fi sh—3.22 5th—Tammy Melton—1 fi sh—1.64 The Top 10 fi sh-off is last Sat. of this month, October 31. If you have a fi sh picture that you are proud of or pictures of your kids or grandchildren with their fi rst catch etc, please sent me your information and pictures to: 1 lb spaghetti noodles 1 pound ground beef 1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce 1 (16 oz) jar alfredo sauce 2 tsp Italian seasoning 2 cups shredded mozzarella • Preheat oven to 350f de- grees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray. • Cook spaghetti noodles according to package di- rections. Drain noodles. • While the spaghetti noo- dles are cooking, brown and crumble ground beef in a large sauce pan. Drain excess grease. Put ground beef back in pan and add spaghetti sauce. Stir to combine well. • Meanwhile, once the cooked noodles are drained, put them back into the pot. Stir in alfredo (cheese) sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir well to thor- oughly coat noodles. • Place spaghetti noodles into prepared baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 min- utes (until cheese is melted and bubbly.)
