When eight of Boston's renowned mixologists met at the InterContinental Boston to compete for the title of Cointreau Ambassador of Libations, there was no limit to the creative concoctions pouring out of their stations. Judges at the event, hosted by Boston Common, included master mixologists Kyle Ford of Cointreau, Brother Cleve, the hotel's GM Tim Kerwin, and the magazine's publisher, Glen Kelley. WAAF morning show host Greg Hill was the event's emcee. Passed hors d'oeuvres complemented the signature Cointreau cocktails before the mixologists entered the Iron Chef-style portion of the evening, using the secret ingredient orange marmalade to complete a tasty drink. raising the bar Andrew and Stacy Simon Gilman with Wendy and Dan Kraft Ian Tallett, Jessica Halpern, and Tim Furcillo Bridget Blythe and Steve Simon Shea Rose JoJo Gutfarb and Adriana Cohen rock on National Jean Company celebrated this year's Fashion Night Out at their Rock the Street party sponsored by Hudson Jeans and Boston Common. Guests, including NECN anchor Bridget Blythe and Penny Fireman, enjoyed a preview of fall's latest fashions on September 6 while rocking out to the bluesy, jazzy rock 'n' roll sound of Boston's Shea Rose. Hors d'oeuvres were provided by Stephanie's on Newbury, and signature drinks featured Privateer Rum.
